The classes from monday to thursday are for all levels.The friday class is for advanced students that know both sun salutations and the standing postures.The first class is a trial class and is free.Bring a yogamat, comfortable clothes, a blanket and a belt.Do not eat at least 2 hours before the start of the class. It is important to practice on an empty stomach.People with special needs (pathology, pregnancy, rehabilitation) should let me know before the start of the class.
