My name is Brice, i teach yoga on the « costa tropical » in Motril and Salobreña.
In 1995, i started to practice meditation. In 1996, i became coach specialized in physical preparation, stretching and relaxation. In 1999, i discovered Yoga and started to practice regularly with the Iyengar school in United Kingdom. In 2001, i got drawn to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in the « Ashtanga room » in Auckland, New-Zealand. In 2002, after a few courses in Asia, i added the Vipassana meditation to my practice.
The classes that i teach are a blend of my personal experience and practice; the precision and the therapeutical aspect of Iyengar, the flow and the energy of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, the concentration and the introspection of meditation, the chanting of India.
Classes are suitable to everyone, beginners, advanced, women, men, youngs, elders an pregnant women.
